Terms of Use
Last updated: July 27, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the voxia.gr website (the "Site"). They do not constitute a services agreement for the Voxia platform — the relationship between Voxia and customers using the platform is governed by a separate services agreement, which prevails over these Terms with respect to the service itself.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you unconditionally accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — text, logos, graphics, images, design, and code — is the intellectual property of [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] or third parties who have granted a relevant license, and is protected under Greek and international intellectual property law.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any part of the content without our prior written consent is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial use for informational purposes.
Permitted Use
You agree to use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe third-party rights, does not disrupt the Site's operation (e.g. through attacks or automated scraping), and does not violate applicable law.
Accuracy of Content
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site's content accurate and up to date. However, the content is provided "as is", solely for informational/presentational purposes, and does not constitute a binding commercial offer, a guarantee of specific results, or a contract. Final collaboration terms, pricing, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are determined exclusively in the relevant services agreement signed with each customer.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site, including any temporary unavailability.
The Site may include links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such websites.
Data Protection
Processing of personal data collected through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from use of the Site falls under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law providing otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page.
