Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data through the voxia.gr website. It does not cover data processing carried out by the Voxia platform itself when used by our customers — see the GDPR Compliance page for that.

What Data We Collect

Through the website's contact form, we collect the data you voluntarily provide: full name, company name, email address, phone number, industry, your message, and preferred language of communication.

In addition, our hosting provider may log technical access data (such as IP address, browser type, request date/time) for network security and operational purposes, and your preferences (language, theme, cookie consent) are stored locally on your device — see our Cookie Policy.

Purpose and Legal Basis

We process contact form data to respond to your inquiry, arrange a product demo, and communicate with you for commercial purposes related to your request. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Technical access data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in keeping the website secure.

Data Retention

Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and, if a business relationship results, for its duration. If no relationship develops, data is deleted within 24 months of the last contact, unless you request earlier deletion.

Technical access data (server logs) is retained by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own policy, typically up to 30 days.

Recipients and Third-Party Processors

To operate the website and process contact requests, we work with third-party service providers acting as processors on our behalf, including: • Our hosting/infrastructure provider (Vercel Inc.) • Our email service provider for sending and receiving contact communications

These providers are contractually bound to process data solely on our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

International Data Transfers

Some providers referenced above may process data on infrastructure located outside the European Economic Area (e.g. the United States). In such cases we ensure the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Your Rights

As a data subject, subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have the following rights: • Access to your data • Rectification of inaccurate data • Erasure ("right to be forgotten") • Restriction of processing • Data portability • Objection to processing • Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of the above rights, email us at hello@voxia.gr. We will respond within one (1) month of receiving your request, as required by the GDPR.

Data Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures (encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted access) to protect the data you entrust to us from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

Cookies

This website uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage). For full details on the cookies we use and how to manage your consent, see our Cookie Policy.

Data Processed by the Voxia Platform

This policy covers only the voxia.gr website. If you use, or are a customer of, the Voxia platform (the AI phone agent), processing of your own customers'/callers' data through the platform is governed by separate service terms. See the GDPR Compliance page for a summary of the technical features that support compliance.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe that the processing of your data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA): 1-3 Kifisias Ave., 115 23, Athens, Greece, www.dpa.gr.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect once published on this page, indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top.
